Equator Photography

We recently completed website development for Equator Photography, a new international client. The client provided their own website visuals based on their sister company, Equator Design. This allowed them to maintain their brand identity.

Due to the nature of this client, the website needed to be highly optimised to allow their galleries of many images to work effectively. We have added a custom lazy load to enable the images to load as users reach them. We also added placeholder colours based on the primary colours used in each image. The galleries are in a masonry format, meaning that they stack to fill gaps.

The site has also been optimised for video uploads. We used a custom script to load the banner video on the website homepage. Using colours, fonts and image styles, we have been able to maintain the brand’s identity throughout the site.
